In 2017, we’ll have a real HaBaWaBa summer. Next year, Villaggio Ge.Tur in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy) will host the two major events organized by Waterpolo Development (WPD), one after another: the 2nd edition of HaBaWaBa Plus U13 and the 10th edition of HaBaWaBa International Festival. They are two separate events, dedicated to different categories of children (13 Under at HaBaWaBa U13 Plus, 9 Under and 11 Under at the International Festival), but they really share the same goals: spreading the ethical values of sport, the education and the entertainment of children, the development of waterpolo among the kids and into new areas of the world. Those are the targets that Waterpolo Development pursues since its constitution and which have been perfectly represented by HaBaWaBa world over the years.
HABAWABA PLUS U13 2017
The long HaBaWaBa summer will start with the 2nd edition of HaBaWaBa Plus U13, scheduled from June 20th to 25th, 2017. The competition dedicated to the 13 Under category debuted at Villaggio Ge.Tur on January 2016, but it was moved to summer to encourage the participation of the teams. Registration will open on November 14th, 2016, and it will close when it will reach 24 teams.

HABAWABA INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL 2017
From June 25th to July 2nd, 2017, Villaggio Ge.Tur in Lignano Sabbiadoro will held the 10th edition of HaBaWaBa International Festival: the event debuted in 2008 and it has stunningly grown over the years, becoming the most important sports event dedicated to kids from 6 to 11 in the world (more than 3.300 people joined it in 2016).
The next edition could be the biggest, the most spectacular and exciting ever. An event not to be missed. Registration will open from November 21st 2016 until February 6th, 2017, but it will close earlier if the teams exceed the limited number expected. Hurry up, then, and register your team.
